I’ve been going to see Luke monthly for three years now. I have found kinesiology to be

Luke he is the best you can go to. I had a lot of bad lower back pain, I couldn’t run for a long time which i need to do for training, when I started seeing Luke and after the first session with him I felt better, I recommend him highly.
I had my first sports massage with Luke after recommendation when I was suffering with
very heavy legs when I was running, after having previously suffered with shin splints. I
train for Ultra Hikes, Weight Lift, and run for fun. As my training progresses, without the
expertise of Luke's knowledge and understanding of what my individual requirements when it comes to training I would not be able to continue to train to the extent that I do.
Within 24 hours of my first massage, the tightness in my muscles had disappeared, and he turned back on muscles which had & switched off. My legs felt less heavy and training together with runs became a little easier. I have continued to have regular sports
massages for upper body and lower body as well as using pressure points which have
been hugely beneficial in terms of better flexibility, less muscle tightness/pain and
improved movement.
