This 6 Week course is designed to show you the exercises and stretches that can help you recover from injury as well as bulletproof your joints from future injury. This course is suitable for all fitness levels and will add a whole new dynamic to your functional training.
You can be a seasoned athlete, regular gym goer or just be starting on your fitness journey and you will learn about, develop, and improve your joint health.
This course covers all the joints of the body over the 6 weeks, starting with Ankles and working the way up the body from the knees to the hips, spine, shoulders and even the wrists and elbows. Giving you an overall understanding of how to protect and improve every joint.
Through a series of static and dynamic exercises, you will work on enhancing your coordination, balance, and flexibility all while building strength and endurance.

- Functional and natural movements to enhance mobility, strength and flexibility.
- Coordination and balance improvements.
- A fun challenging workout made suitable for all fitness levels.
